180, 220%, 260% and 300% of more damage (depends on the # of bars in front of the critical hit) when a critical hit procs. I believe the proc rate by default is 10%, and it's 20,30,40 and 50% for critical hit rate perk for 1-4 bars. I could be wrong but from my experience attacks landed to the back of an enemy always results in a critical hit.
